VIDEOLAPAROSCOPIC DIAGNOSTIC INTERVENTIONS IN THE OPTIMIZATION OF SURGICAL TACTICS IN PATIENTS WITH URGENT SURGICAL ABDOMINAL PATHOLOGY

Summary. The purpose of the study: to study possibilities video laparoscopy (VLS) in diagnosis urgent abdominal surgical pathology and optimize tactics.
 Material methods. VLS was performed 55 patients with an unclear diagnosis, accounting for 7 % all operated patients.
 results. Established nosological forms pathology, complicated 87.3 (peritonitis, infiltrate, abscess, obstruction, hemoperitoneum). Optimized tactics by dividing into 2 groups. Group A — 58.2 preferred various laparoscopic operations (VLSO) without complications. 6.2 died. B included 41.8 who underwent conversion due impossibility completing VLSO pathomorphological reasons (severe purulent processes complications, long-standing intestinal need naso-intestinal incubation small intestine). Complications occurred 30.4 patients. 8.7 died.
 Conclusions. Accurate made it possible establish advantages low-traumatic over traditional ones.
